Sailplane Enterprises operates one of the largest gliderports in North America providing a large array of soaring opportunities to the entire Southern California Region. Our location is easily accessible from Palm Springs, San Diego & Los Angeles metropolitan areas. Our fleet contains four tow planes launching hundreds of gliders day-in and day-out five days a week. We have been in operation over a quarter of a century and have a perfect safety record, no commercial: accidents, injuries, or damage.

Riding in, or flying, a sailplane (glider) offers a safe, wonderful, and uplifting experience you will never forget. If you wish, with the guidance of our FAA certified pilot, you can take the controls and enjoy the challenge of using nature's forces to soar with the eagles. Or you and a friend can go up together to enjoy the wonders of motorless flight and leave the piloting chores to us.
